Earlier this week, Tesla released a thrilling nearly 1.5-minute video showcasing its Cybertruck conquering the treacherous Hell’s Revenge trail in Moab, Utah. This 6.5-mile path is renowned for its perilous terrain, best-suited for seasoned drivers.

The Cybertruck shines in the video as it effortlessly maneuvers through the trail’s steep and rocky segments.

Wes Morrill, Tesla’s Cybertruck lead engineer, hinted at upcoming Off-Road control enhancements in an over-the-air (OTA) update. He emphasized that while the Tri-motor Cybertruck showcased in the video tackled the trail with finesse, even the dual-motor versions completed the climb successfully, albeit demanding a higher skill level without differential lockers.

Tesla underscores the Cybertruck’s adaptability to any terrain with features like electronically adaptive air suspension and a ground clearance of up to 16 inches. The stainless steel exterior provides resistance to dents and damage, while the armored glass is engineered to withstand Class 4 hail impacts.

Elon Musk further fueled the Cybertruck’s intrepid persona by sharing an image showing the vehicle in an icy setting, hinting at its potential to excel even on the fictitious Star Wars ice planet Hoth.
