Buy, sell or hold?

With earnings season underway and a historically favorable stretch for stocks ahead, it’s a good time to take a fresh look at what you own.

The recent swings in AI stocks have made that decision more urgent. A pullback can offer a chance to buy a fundamentally superior business at a better price. But I want to see the numbers before putting my money to work.

Among other factors, I’m looking for strong sales and earnings growth, rising analyst estimates and positive earnings surprises. And I want management’s guidance to show that the business has more room to grow.

That’s especially important with AI stocks right now.

My focus is on companies already earning money, with solid fundamentals behind their growth. I believe strong quarterly results could help those stocks regain momentum over the next several weeks.

That’s why, on this week’s Navellier Market Buzz, I’m answering your questions about the AI stocks on your radar.

I explain why I’d buy Micron Technology, Inc. (MU) on a dip and what I’m watching in Western Digital Corporation (WDC) as earnings come into focus.

We also look at the power and cooling opportunity in GE Vernova Inc. (GEV), Vertiv Holdings Co. (VRT) and Modine Manufacturing Company (MOD), including what order backlogs can tell us about demand ahead.

And I share why Adobe Inc.(ADBE), despite its familiar products, doesn’t currently make the cut for my portfolios.

Before you decide what to buy, hold or sell, take a look at what the fundamentals are telling me.

Finding the Next Stocks Worth Buying

In addition to strong sales and earnings growth. I also want to know whether institutional investors are picking up shares.

That’s where my Precursor Intelligence, or P.I., system comes in.

P.I. analyzes roughly 6,000 stocks, combining eight fundamental signals with one quantitative money-flow signal. It helps me look for companies with both business strength and signs of institutional buying.

As new earnings reports arrive, that gives me a way to look beyond the familiar names making headlines and focus on promising stocks that other investors may be overlooking.

In my latest presentation, I explain how P.I. works, why institutional buying matters and what the system is flagging right now.

Sincerely,
