Shares of VCI Global Limited VCIG dropped abruptly in pre-market trading following the company’s announcement of a $2.75 million public offering.

In the early trading hours, VCI Global shares plummeted by 29.5% to $1.10 in a significant downturn.

  • Atreca, Inc. BCEL witnessed a 22.7% gain to $0.2890 in pre-market trading after a significant 118% surge on Thursday. Atreca recently announced the sale of a collection of antibody-related assets and materials to Immunome, involving a $5.5 million upfront payment and up to $7.0 million in clinical development milestones.
