TD SYNNEX (SNX) has long been a prominent partner of Microsoft (MSFT), and its dedication has been acknowledged with the Operational Excellence Microsoft Partner of the Year award in 2023. In December 2023, SNX initiated the Global AI Enablement Journey for Microsoft 365 Copilot and has recently celebrated the achievement of surpassing 2,000 partners in the program.

TD SYNNEX integrated Microsoft 365 Copilot into its Destination AI program, where it collaborated to assist channel partners with AI vendor support, training, enablement, and guidance. Microsoft Copilot 365 was chosen for its AI-based capabilities, enhancing popular Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and enterprise-grade security solutions.

In its latest announcement, SNX revealed the expansion of its Global AI Enablement program in partnership with MSFT to include cloud solution providers. Furthermore, over 500 individuals have acquired certification through the TD SYNNEX program, enabling partners to support their customers in achieving improved teamwork, seamless workflows, and increased productivity.

TD SYNNEX Contributes to the Advancement of AI

The adoption of generative AI by organizations globally is gaining momentum. According to a Gartner report, 90% of companies are expected to utilize generative AI for assistance in the coming years. TD SYNNEX’s accomplishments in the Global AI Enablement Journey underscore its success in the AI space. The company is scaling up as its channel partners embrace Microsoft 365 Copilot, placing small and medium businesses at the forefront of the AI revolution.

As a solution aggregator, TD SYNNEX is benefiting from its extensive vendor portfolio in the AI market. It has forged partnerships with leading providers in both on and off-premises infrastructure areas essential for running and training AI models.

Additionally, many of its software vendors have announced or rolled out embedded AI capabilities within their product lines. The company is also working to reinforce its collaboration with Personal Computer Original Equipment Manufacturers to introduce AI-enabled PCs.
